Had to contact and contact the store through SMS before Robyn replied
Was quoted $70 approximately for installation and $50 wash and blow dry and style. Paid at end $355 for that and a $33 product to have extensions falling out hours later
First time experience and I'm in tears
Feel pretty disappointed and a bit thrown back I haven't been offered a refund or something to allow myself to get redone by a professional In Adelaide
Was only trying to stay local and see if I could live with them before my wedding In February, only to feel hurt and ripped off!
Also had my 2 yo girl for a cut

From the welcome to the vibrating relaxation chair to have your hair washed, on time and attentive staff, I could not be happier with the end result! Charmaine listened to my exact detail and delivered. I have unruly wavey/ curly/ frizzy hair that is auburn and so many get it wrong for me. Thank you Charmaine
